Product Overview:
The testing machine meet to TUV, VDE,UL and other highly flexible cable testing requirements. The structure of the machine is a horizontal double-wing combination. It is mainly used for detect whether the cable is short-circuited, the insulation sheath is cracked, broken or other abnormally after repeated high-speed U-style bending test. To detect the performance and the defect of metal wire in the plastic deformation during U-style bending test
This testing machine is mainly used in the quality supervision industry, metal, machinery industry and cable and wire, wire rope and other production and manufacturers. Suitable for varied diameter metal wire, equipped with special fixtures, can be used for repeated torsion test of other specifications.
Main function:
1,PLC touch screen display:
Parameters: the machine control related parameters;
Test conditions: speed,frequency,stroke,control condition,pause time during the test etc;
Test monitoring:the current running status, such as actual speed,times,stroke etc;
2, Unattended: The equipment can automatically judge the opening and closing of the sample by monitoring the loop of the sample. When the loop is disconnected, it can choose to continue running and warn with acoustooptic or stop running until the manual check is confirmed;
3, Special fixture:According to the diameter of the cable and towline size (width 40mm ~ 150mm), adjust the bending radius;
4, Machine performance: Kunlun tongtai LCD + Mitsubishi PLC + Panasonic servo motor, transmission components are all imported original products, smooth operation, high torque, high accuracy, long life, low noise;
5, Monitor online:
Points are divided into 6 groups, each group has 5 pairs of interfaces, which can satisfy 30 pairs of wires for simultaneous monitoring. The wiring disc is divided into 3 + 3 groups, which are installed in front of the workstations on both sides to facilitate the connection of sample cables.
