Product application:
This series of testing machine is widely used in plastic film, solar photovoltaic, wire and cable, adhesive products, electronic products, textile materials and other industries, universities, research laboratories,  inspection and arbitration department, technical supervision and other departments.
  The test items include: Tensile, breaking, peeling (180 degree, 90degree), heat sealing strength .
 
Product features:
The instrument is mainly used for plastic film but it can be widely used for other materials, such as paper, chemical fiber, metal wire, metal foil, and so on.
(1) Measuring the tension resistance, tensile strength, elongation, breaking length, tensile energy absorption, tensile index and tensile energy absorption of film especially for small quantity.
(2) Measuring the tension resistance of aluminum foil, aluminum belt, tensile strength, peel strength, and elongation.
(3) Measuring the tensile strength, elongation and tensile modulus of elasticity of plastic film.
(4) Measuring the heat sealing strength, tensile strength and peel strength of food packages bag.
(5) Measuring the adhesion strength, edge banding strength, tensile strength and elongation of sanitary napkin.
(6) Measuring the peel strength and tensile strength of pressure sensitive adhesive tape.
(7)Measuring the filament yarn breaking strength and elongation of synthetic fiber.
(8)Measuring the extent of the zipper slider.

Software and Curves
The TM2101 software is designed purposely for computer controlled electronic universal testing machine,  used for tension, compress, bend, shear, tearing andpeel test. With the personal computer and interface plate, it could collect, save, process and print test result. Further it can calculate multiple parameters, i.e. maximum force, yield strength, average peel force maximum deformation, yielding point and elastic modulus; this system is featured in curve process, multi-sensor support, image interface, flexible data process and powerful system function.
