TH-7302 Initial viscosity tester is suitable for initial viscosity test of pressure sensitive tape and other related products. The product is mainly composed of inclined plate, ball release device, bracket, adjustable horizontal base and steel ball. An inclined surface rolling ball method was used to test the initial viscosity of the sample by measuring the adhesive effect of the adhesive tape on the steel ball when the adhesive surface of the sample was in contact with the steel ball at a small pressure. The specific operation method is to place the adhesive surface up on the test plate with a tilt of 30°, take the steel ball from the largest size, in order to make it free, and record the ball number that can stick to the test piece for more than 5 seconds. This product is designed and manufactured according to GB/T 4852 and is suitable for initial viscosity test of pressure sensitive tape and other related products.
